Kelda to stage IFRS presentation for analysts and investors

Kelda Group plc has adopted International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as endorsed for use in the European Union from 1 April, 2005.

The group is holding a presentation for investors and analysts to explain its 2005 income statement and balance sheet under IFRS. The presentation will detail the key differences for the group between IFRS and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (GAAP).

The presentation will start at 3pm on 28 September 2005, at the offices of UBS, 2 Finsbury Avenue, London, EC2M 2PP
