The standards of service we are required to meet are determined by
the Office of Water Services, Ofwat.
Every year the regulator publishes a report highlighting the
performance of companies in delivering a range of services to
customers based on water supply, sewerage services, customer
service, water quality and environmental impact.
The report provides an Overall Performance Assessment (OPA) that
brings together a range of measures on individual company
performance into a single assessment.
Yorkshire Water is currently ranked top in Ofwat’s OPA
rankings.
